What's Wrong with the Drug Approach?

I know there are many pharmaceutical drugs (patent medicines) you can try, and sometimes they work at least for a while, usually quite slowly. But research is showing that many of them are actually no better than a placebo, a sugar pill. And they may have some really unpleasant side effects – like suicide. Now there’s a solution - NOT!

If there’s a natural way, something that doesn’t rearrange your metabolic pathways, something that works WITH YOUR BODY rather than forcing it to do something unnatural, wouldn’t that be worth trying first?

And the best part of this approach, done right, is that your whole body will be getting healthier at the same time your brain is healing.

A Natural Approach

I created this website because I found a nutritional solution to the depression that had haunted me for about 20 years. I want to investigate, for you, the connections between depression and nutrition, to show you why you may be experiencing depression and what you can do about it.

I don't claim that the solution that worked for me (wild blue-green algae) is the only way to go. But I was so impressed with the results that I knew I would have to tell people about it. Other products may have similarly impressive results. But the unique advantage of these algae is that it is a whole food. It is feeding the entire body, not just rearranging an imbalance in the brain.

But this website is not a sales site. I want you to know WHY and HOW I think this product works and how you might be able to get the same results even without buying this product.
